With a dynamic leadership style and a strong financial background, Jeff spent 28 years at the helm of Superior Electric Great Lakes Company, an employee-owned organization. Beginning as CFO, he rose through the ranks to become President and CEO, where he expertly guided the company through a period of exceptional growth, collaboration, and success. His efforts in establishing a professional and independent board of directors, coupled with his ability to make strategic acquisitions and seamlessly integrate diverse cultures, solidified Jeff's reputation as a masterful team. These skills, which he has honed throughout his career, have proven to be vital ingredients for an ESOP's success.

 

He now works as a consultant and board member for ESOP companies, and is a featured speaker at industry events in Southeast Michigan.
