Suzanne Myers is Lazear's Managing Director for Senior Living, Long-Term & Post-Acute Care for the US. Her primary focus is strategizing with business owners to establish a succession plan.                         

Suzanne is a valuable Leader in Healthcare and brings over 20 years’ experience; including leading teams in client origination, debt structuring, capital markets, distribution, and loan portfolio management. She has a broad lending background with multiple areas of sector expertise including the Healthcare industry with primary focus in Senior Housing and long-term care which led to lending more than $10 Billion to the Healthcare Industry.

Her expertise in identifying and pursing business development opportunities, establishing strong client relationships, and driving investment strategies with financial analysis.  Her insight and commitment to excellence is critical as we accelerate our succession planning strategy for ESOPs in the Senior Living, Long-Term and Post-Acute Industry.
