What does a successful company culture look like to you?
I tend to view this in the lens of the most successful companies I have come across during my career. The one commonality I see most in successful companies is that the culture is one where all stakeholders are aligned. When a company is performing well and ownership, management, and employees all share in that benefit from improved or strong performance, the “row the boat in the same direction” mentality starts to become engrained in the culture throughout the company. I personally believe this is what leads to improved productivity, profits, and retention from the top to the bottom of an organization and creates a very strong, yet sustainable, culture.
