Abby is an Associate at Lazear, supporting the firm’s ESOP and M&A advisory engagements. She works closely with business owners and the Lazear team to support the execution of ownership transition transactions.

Abby brings a strong accounting and finance background from her years working in private equity. Before joining Lazear, Abby held roles at Rockbridge, a hospitality-focused investment firm specializing in the acquisition, development, and operation of hotels. Her roles ranged from fund accounting, portfolio management, and capital markets, most recently serving as Assistant Fund Controller . Earlier in her career, she worked in the assurance practice at PwC, where she gained valuable experience in financial reporting and audit.

Abby earned her B.S. in Accounting from the Farmer School of Business at Miami University, graduating magna cum laude with a minor in Business Legal Studies.
