Alexandra is an Associate at Lazear, supporting the firm’s ESOP and M&A advisory engagements. She works closely with business owners and the Lazear team to help execute ownership transition transactions, providing financial analysis, transaction support, and strategic guidance throughout the process.
Before joining Lazear, Alexandra spent more than seven years with Deloitte Greece, where she held roles within the firm’s Strategy & Transactions practice. During her time there, she advised clients on mergers and acquisitions, strategic deleveraging transactions, and complex financial advisory engagements in the financial services and corporate spaces. She also led cross-functional teams and supported transaction execution from diligence through close.
Earlier in her career, Alexandra worked at PwC Greece within the firm’s assurance practice, where she gained experience in auditing, financial reporting, and client advisory services.
