Ashley is an experienced banker, relationship manager, and advisor. After starting her career on Wall Street and participating in extensive credit and leadership training, she turned her attention to the needs of middle-market businesses, structuring optimal financing and treasury management solutions. Currently, she is a Managing Director at Lazear Capital, focusing on sell-side ESOP engagements.
As an advocate for her clients, Ashley focuses on creating the best outcomes and bringing creativity to financial solutions. She takes pride in inspiring people to change their mindset and consider new or different ideas, which led to her interest in ESOPs.
In addition to her primary job functions, Ashley is a steering committee member of the CFO Leadership Council, an advisory board member for Rutgers NJ/NY Center for Employee Ownership, an advisory board member of the Exit Planning Institute, and a board member of The Family Center, a not-for-profit social services organization based in Brooklyn, NY.
Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with minors in International Business and Spanish from Pennsylvania State University, as well as a Master of Business Administration degree from NYU Stern School of Business. She currently resides in Westfield, NJ, with her husband and two children.
