Brad is a Senior Director at Lazear, supporting the firm’s M&A and ESOP practices with a focus on traditional sell-side and ESOP transaction services for middle-market companies. He is passionate about understanding his clients and their businesses, guiding them through transactions to achieve successful outcomes.

Prior to joining Lazear, Brad was an associate at Cyprium Partners, a middle-market private equity firm, where he focused on underwriting new investments and supporting portfolio companies. Earlier, he was a manager in the transaction advisory services group at RSM US LLP, performing buy-side and sell-side due diligence for middle-market M&A transactions. He also served as an audit manager at KPMG LLP, executing financial statement audits for a Fortune 100 company.

Brad holds a Master’s in Accounting from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and a B.A. in Business Management from Wittenberg University.
