Brad Miller is a Director with Lazear Capital focused on ESOP transaction structuring and delivering superior value to clients. Brad’s diverse career background allows him to analyze transactions from multiple angles and arrive at an ideal outcome.

Prior to joining Lazear, Brad served as the Senior Manager of Global Tax Operations for a Fortune 600 industrial packaging corporation. His focus was on international tax planning, M&A, and structuring. Brad also spent several years with Deloitte working on similar matters, as well as spending time with JPMorgan Chase in a controller role.

Brad received his BA in Accounting from Wofford College where he was a scholarship member of the 2007 Southern Conference Champion football team. Brad also received his JD, cum laude, from Capital University Law School and is a licensed attorney in the state of Ohio.

What do you think is unique about Lazear’s approach to working with clients?
