Carrie is Lazear’s Finance and Human Resources Director, bringing a decade of hands-on experience in accounting, audits, and financial operations to support the firm’s business and people initiatives.

Before joining Lazear, Carrie worked at a local accounting firm, gaining experience in external audits and client accounting services. She began her career auditing employee benefit plans, homeowner associations, real estate, and not-for-profits, and later managed client accounting services, overseeing month-end financial close, internal controls, and policy development for small to mid-size businesses.

Carrie grew up in Gahanna, Ohio, and earned her B.S. in Accounting and MBA from Ohio Dominican University. In her free time, she enjoys traveling to new cities and trying new restaurants with her husband and two young children.
