Carrie is the Finance and Human Resources Manager at Lazear. She has over 10 years of experience in financial, accounting and audits.

Prior to joining Lazear, Carrie worked for a local accounting firm for 10 years where she gained experience in external audits and client accounting services. Carrie started out focusing on audits of employee benefit plans, homeowner associations, real estate, and not-for-profits. She then transitioned into a client accounting services manager that focused on month-end financial close, internal controls, and developing policies for small to mid-size businesses.

Carrie grew up in Gahanna, Ohio and earned her BS in Accounting and MBA from Ohio Dominican University. In her free time, she enjoys traveling to new cities and trying new restaurants with her husband and two young children.

A successful company culture is where everyone is on the same team and works toward the same goals while continuing to learn and grow as individuals and as a company.
