Dan is a Managing Director at Lazear, focused on helping business owners navigate ESOP and M&A transactions. He works closely with clients to identify objectives, conduct financial analysis, and structure and execute transactions that achieve their goals.

Dan brings a decade of institutional banking experience, with expertise spanning corporate and commercial banking, capital markets, syndications, and private wealth. He has served clients across a wide range of industries throughout the U.S., providing innovative, tailored solutions that meet their evolving needs.

Prior to Lazear, Dan managed a portfolio of large corporate clients in Central Ohio and Michigan at Huntington Bank, where he also led a team of analysts serving middle-market and upper-middle-market clients nationwide. Dan earned his BSBA in Finance from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
