Glenn is a Managing Director at Lazear, leading the Nashville market while extending his expertise to business owners nationwide. He helps middle-market companies navigate complex financial and strategic decisions, guiding owners and management teams toward successful outcomes.

With 30 years of experience in financial services, including 20 years focused on commercial and corporate banking, Glenn brings deep insight into the challenges and opportunities business owners face. After moving to Nashville, he focused on middle-market commercial banking with Bank of America, developing a strong understanding of the growth journeys, challenges, and ambitions of local business owners. In a leadership role with Oakworth Capital Bank, he helped establish a robust commercial presence in Nashville and the surrounding region, consistently supporting owners beyond traditional banking services.

Glenn holds a BA from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA in Finance from Suffolk University’s Sawyer School of Management.
