Heidi is the Chief Financial Officer at Lazear Capital Partners, bringing more than 34 years of experience in financial, accounting, and tax services. A Certified Public Accountant, she joined the firm in 2010 and plays a key role in overseeing all financial operations and supporting the firm’s long-term strategy.

Prior to Lazear, Heidi worked for Price Waterhouse and Insilco Corporation before founding her own public accounting firm.

An Ohio native, Heidi earned her BSBA in Accounting, cum laude, from The Ohio State University. She serves on the Executive Board of the Westerville Youth Baseball & Softball League and has been actively involved in her local church’s leadership.
