Jack is a Director at Lazear, where he plays a key role in structuring and managing complex ownership transition transactions. He works closely with business owners and leadership to structure complex transactions, guiding the financial, operational, and strategic elements to achieve successful outcomes.

Prior to joining Lazear, Jack was a portfolio manager at Huntington National Bank, where he managed a portfolio of large corporate bonds. He also spent several years in Huntington’s corporate banking division, covering large syndicated loans across a range of industries.

Jack earned his BSBA, magna cum laude, in Finance from The Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University and received the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2022.
