Jake is an Associate at Lazear, where he is committed to working closely with business owners to guide them through healthcare transactions with clarity and professional fulfillment. He focuses on clients in skilled nursing and senior housing, bringing experience from Lument (formerly Lancaster Pollard), where he worked on HUD, USDA, and municipal bond deals in senior living, long-term care, and community hospitals. He also served as Senior Analyst at Fifth Third Bank, supporting middle market transactions.

He holds a B.S. in Mathematics and a B.A. in Economics from Youngstown State University and an M.S. in Finance from Case Western Reserve University, graduating summa cum laude in 2020.

What do you think is unique about Lazear’s approach to working with clients?
I think what Lazear does best is to bring an innovative and creative approach to a potential exit for our clients.  We evaluate the various exit opportunities they have and show them how a customized ESOP-sale compares.
