Jason is a Managing Director with Lazear, responsible for structuring transactions, performing financial analysis, and guiding clients through each stage of an engagement.

During his 10 years of industry and “Big Four” public accounting consulting experience, he worked on corporate M&A structuring and federal, international, and state & local tax planning. Additionally, Jason has led strategic planning and due diligence on a diverse scope of buy-side and sell-side M&A deals ranging from small, family owned businesses to large-scale multinational public companies.

Prior to joining Lazear, Jason served as a Senior Manager of mergers & acquisitions and international tax planning for a Fortune 15 company. He received his JD from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, and a BS, magna cum laude, in Economics from Bowling Green State University.
