Joe Laroche is a Director at Lazear Capital who specializes in Mergers and Acquisitions, as well as being involved in the firm’s ESOP practice. Prior to joining the firm, Joe served as the Director of Finance and Investor Relations at a publicly traded insurance technologies company. He played an integral role in securing over $1 Billion in capital for the company’s growth through a successful IPO and other unique debt and capital solutions.
Joe also spent over half a decade at GE Capital after aiding in the acquisition of his company by GE Capital Aviation Services in 2015. Throughout his tenure at GE Capital, he served in numerous capacities from M&A and strategic planning to sales and business development. Prior to his departure, Joe was the Vice President of Commercial overseeing USA operations.
Joe is a graduate of the Farmer School of Business at Miami University, where he earned his BA in Finance and minors in Business Analytics and Decision Science.
