Josh is a Managing Director at Lazear, supporting ESOP and M&A transactions for middle-market companies. He focuses on guiding business owners through complex transactions with clear communication and careful expectation management.

Prior to Lazear, Josh was a Senior Manager at KPMG, leading one of the firm’s largest financial services clients and advising on complex business transactions.

Josh earned his Master of Accountancy from the Farmer School of Business at Miami University, graduating cum laude, and holds a Certified Public Accountant license.
