Megan is an Associate at Lazear, where she is committed to working closely with business owners to guide them through successful transactions with clarity and professional fulfillment.

Prior to joining Lazear, Megan was an Assurance Manager at Plante Moran, where she worked with middle-market private companies across manufacturing, distribution, real estate, and construction. She performed external audits and specialized in the accounting of business acquisitions, while also gaining experience in financial statement preparation and analysis, technical accounting research, and benefit plan audits. Megan also spent a year with Mazars in London, England, auditing global privately held firms.

Megan is a graduate of the Farmer School of Business at Miami University, where she majored in
Accounting and minored in Data Analytics. Megan holds a Certified Public Accounting license in Ohio.
