Michael is an Associate with Lazear, supporting M&A and ESOP engagements. He helps business owners navigate the financial and technical aspects of ownership transitions to achieve successful outcomes.

Before joining Lazear, Michael was a Senior in the audit and assurance practice at Deloitte, leading external audits for Fortune 1000, mid-market private, and emerging growth companies, primarily in manufacturing and renewable energy. His experience includes SEC filings, purchase price accounting, and a variety of technical accounting matters.

Michael earned his BSBA in Accounting, magna cum laude, and a Master of Accounting from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Ohio.
