Mike serves as Managing Partner of Lazear Capital Partners, where he has been a key leader since joining the firm in 2003. He oversees the recruitment, development, and management of Lazear’s execution and sales teams and is actively involved in evaluating new opportunities and guiding transactions to successful outcomes.

Throughout his career, he has led numerous ESOP transactions, sell-side M&A engagements, and a variety of turnarounds and workouts. He has also served as CEO for several Lazear portfolio companies.

Before joining Lazear, Michael worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the corporate finance group and at Arthur Andersen in the audit group.
