Robby is a Senior Director at Lazear, where he plays a key role in supporting ESOP engagements. He works closely with business owners to help them unlock the value they’ve built, guiding companies through the financial and strategic aspects of ownership transition.

Before joining Lazear, Robby held roles in corporate finance and management consulting with JPMorgan Chase, Charles Schwab, and PwC Advisory, gaining broad experience across financial analysis, strategy, and operations.

Robby earned his B.S. in Finance from Miami University of Ohio and his MBA from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.

I believe that a company with successful culture has a well-understood mission that guides decision-making and behavior across the organization. Additionally, employees from all levels of the company understand how their work contributes to the overall success of the company, driving a sense of collective purpose.
