Sherri serves as General Counsel of Lazear, leading the firm’s Litigation Solutions Group and guiding clients through complex commercial disputes with strategic, transactional approaches. She also advises business owners on ESOP transactions, particularly in the construction, architectural, and engineering sectors, helping ensure smooth and compliant ownership transitions.

Sherri has more than 30 years of experience as a litigator at BakerHostetler, a major national law firm, where she focused on construction, bankruptcy, and real estate litigation, as well as alternative dispute resolution.

She is a member of the National Council of the Moritz College of Law and serves on several nonprofit boards in Central Ohio, including the Franklin County Public Defender Commission and Jewish Family Services.
