Sherri Lazear is the General Counsel of Lazear Capital Partners. She has more than 30 years of experience as a litigator at BakerHostetler, a major national law firm, with an emphasis on construction, bankruptcy and real estate litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Sherri is the leader of the Lazear Capital Litigation Solutions Group, in which she assists parties in resolving complex commercial disputes through transactional solutions. She also assists clients in ESOP transactions in the construction, architectural and engineering fields.

She is a member of the National Council of the Moritz College of Law and serves on numerous non-profit boards in Central Ohio, including the Franklin County Public Defender Commission and Jewish Family Services.
