With over a decade of experience in construction and development, Tommy has held key roles at The Beck Group, Millis Development & Construction, and the Texas A&M Foundation. He draws on this experience to provide practical insight into operational and financial strategy, guiding business owners through complex transitions.

A native Texan, Tommy holds a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University and a Master of Public Administration from Sam Houston State University.
