Scott Wilkie is a Director with Lazear Capital in the firm’s ESOP practice. Scott takes pride in understanding his clients’ goals which aid him in navigating their individually unique sales process. Scott’s previous work experience focused on external audits in Fortune 500 and mid-market organizations in the retail, manufacturing, industrial services sectors. His client service portfolio includes public company divestitures, SEC filings, technical accounting research and implementation, tax reorganization, and IP sales.
Prior to joining Lazear Capital, Scott was a senior manager at Ernst & Young. Scott is a graduate of Farmer School of Business at Miami University, where he earned his BA, cum laude, in Accounting and minor in Management Information Systems. Scott also holds his Certified Public Accountant license in the state of Ohio and serves the community as a board member of Gladden Community House located in Columbus, Ohio.
