Lazear Capital Partners (Lazear), a leading investment bank specializing in business succession planning and ownership transitions, continues to expand its national footprint by adding dedicated leadership in Huntsville, Alabama.
Marking Lazear’s 20th location, the Huntsville expansion extends the firm’s ESOP, Section 1042, and M&A advisory services to more business owners across Alabama and the broader Southeast, helping them navigate succession and liquidity decisions.
Managing Director Jason Baldwin leads Lazear’s Huntsville presence. Baldwin brings more than 25 years of financial services experience, including extensive leadership in commercial banking. Before joining Lazear, he served as regional president for Pinnacle Financial Partners in Huntsville and previously led BBVA’s North Alabama market as CEO, overseeing commercial, wealth, and retail banking.
